About the position

The Golang Java Developer role at Miracle Software Systems involves working primarily within a middleware group focused on API development for core modernization efforts. The position is hybrid, based in Richmond, VA, and is expected to last for 6 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in Golang, Java, and AWS, specifically with S3 and Lambda, and will contribute to building new APIs while maintaining legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend APIs for core modernization efforts.
• Work on current and new APIs used for CORE migration.
• Collaborate with the middleware group to enhance API functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Golang development (preferably 2 years).
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with AWS services, particularly S3 and Lambda.
• Background in DevOps for deployment processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous experience at Capital One.
