In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality applications using Go, focusing on performance optimization and effective concurrency management. You will work closely with a team of developers to build web services and RESTful APIs, utilizing modern web frameworks. Your critical thinking skills will be essential for debugging and resolving complex coding issues, and your ability to collaborate effectively will help ensure the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Go programming language.
• Optimize application performance and minimize memory usage.
• Create operating system level applications and command line tools using Go.
• Build web services and RESTful APIs using frameworks like Gin or Echo.
• Utilize concurrency features in Go, such as goroutines and channels, for efficient processing.
• Debug and resolve complex coding issues through critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate ideas and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, including syntax, idioms, and best practices.
• Experience with concurrency in Go, using goroutines and channels.
• Proven experience in developing operating system level applications or command line tools using libraries like urfave, Cobra, and Viper.
• Familiarity with web development, specifically building web services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Gin or Echo.
• Strong critical thinking skills for debugging and resolving coding issues.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Web Assembly and experience with TinyGo, WASI interface, or WASMTime.
