About The Position
As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that are cutting-edge and maintainable. Your role will involve writing extensible and tested code while adhering to established coding standards. You will produce specifications and assess the operational feasibility of various software components, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly into a fully functional software system. Your hands-on approach will be crucial as you lead by example in following best practices in development and CI/CD methodologies. You will facilitate end-to-end user testing with customers, ensuring that the software meets their needs and expectations. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems will also be part of your responsibilities, as will working closely with product owners to shape and deliver features that enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
