Responsibilities

• Enforce all building/property rules and follow site/client post duties.
• Report any unsafe activity and signs of vandalism.
• Aid in maintaining an orderly workplace.
• Train new personnel on proper procedures and policies under management direction.
• Make decisions regarding the safety and security of the site according to post orders.
• Maintain daily activity logs in accordance with post orders.
• Create incident reports for unique incidents on site.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
• Ensure all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during, and after each shift.
• Engage in conversation with clients, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL A license.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
