Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the Hard Goods areas including simulators, putting green, club repair, and accessories.
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Execute club comparisons to help customers judge performance differences between clubs.
• Follow golf club fitting protocols to ensure accurate and efficient fittings.
• Operate simulator and launch monitor technologies to provide valuable fitting information.
• Make tailored equipment recommendations based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of golf fitting experience preferred.
• Basic golf industry and product knowledge, including club fitting principles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexibility to work varied retail schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
