About the position

The Good Molecules Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy for our brands. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and is designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about digital marketing and brand growth. The manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing all digital marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating brand growth, acquiring new customers, driving sales, and increasing engagement with existing customers. This includes conceptualizing and overseeing a comprehensive social media content strategy across all channels, ensuring that all content aligns with current industry trends and adheres to company brand guidelines. In addition to content strategy, the Digital Marketing Manager will design and conduct marketing surveys to analyze and support brand growth, providing insightful data reporting to business partners. A critical aspect of this role involves maintaining a digital marketing metric database to track growth across various platforms, including web, email, SMS, and social media. The manager will provide weekly reporting and analysis to ensure that all marketing efforts are data-driven and effective. The role also includes ownership of the digital marketing calendar across all channels and management of an $8 million annual digital marketing budget. The manager will oversee paid advertisements on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, establishing target audiences and supervising the production of creative content. Additionally, the manager will optimize website content to align with the overall marketing strategy, set quarterly SEO goals, and monitor page indexing and traffic growth using Google Analytics. Planning annual sale events is another key responsibility, which includes developing marketing tactics, setting a calendar, and establishing revenue goals. The manager will lead post-event reporting and analysis to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives. Furthermore, sourcing and establishing social media partnerships, negotiating contracts and rates with influencers and creators, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled will be essential tasks. The Digital Marketing Manager will also manage a Marketing Coordinator and a freelance creative team, setting goals and providing constructive feedback. Finally, the manager will interview, negotiate, and manage third-party platforms, overseeing vendor performance and reporting directly to the CEO and Marketing Analyst.

Requirements
