About the position

The Google Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing agencies and external vendors. This role involves creating marketing materials, executing social media strategies, and analyzing website performance to optimize campaigns. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is curious about data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and external vendors to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, email campaigns, and landing pages for various audiences and platforms.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages interaction.
  • Regularly review and analyze website performance reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be very curious about data, a strong problem solver and someone who takes initiative with little supervision.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels: Youtube, Meta, Twitter, Rumble, etc.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text is helpful), presentation and communication skills.
  • Helpful if candidate has knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations OR 3 years in marketing experience.
