About the position

The Google Ads Media Buyer will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital advertising strategy of ENNOVATION Brands, a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in hair tools and skincare products. This position involves developing and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop ad strategies targeting high-intent audiences.
• Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to effectively engage target customers.
• Manage and set up paid campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, shopping, and retargeting.
• Research and select high-performing keywords and craft compelling ad copy.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, placements, and targeting as needed.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
• Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting for ad campaigns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years in digital advertising or paid media buying, particularly in e-commerce.
• Experience in campaign optimization with a track record in lowering CAC and increasing ROAS.
