About the position
The Google Cloud Platform DevSecOps Engineer role is designed for a seasoned DevOps professional with a strong security background. This position focuses on managing the organization's infrastructure and security, with an emphasis on integrating AI/ML into their systems. The role is pivotal in reducing risks related to threat and fraud detection in the banking sector globally, making it a critical position within the cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's infrastructure and security.
- Integrate AI/ML into the infrastructure in Q1.
- Automate the environment using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Handle various security projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
- Experience with automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- CI/CD pipeline development experience using GitHub/GitHub Actions.
- Background in cloud security.
- Strong skillset with Kubernetes.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the Atlanta office monthly.
- Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- BS in Computer Science or a similar 4-year degree.
