The Google Cloud Platform Lead Developer will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Google Cloud technologies to develop and manage data engineering solutions. This role focuses on creating efficient data flows and ETL processes, particularly in the healthcare and Pharmacy Benefits Management domains. The position requires a strong background in SQL and programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, and Java, along with experience in data analysis and mapping.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data engineering solutions using Google Cloud Platform technologies.
- Create and optimize data flows using tools like Airflow and Pub/Sub/Kafka.
- Implement ETL processes with a strong focus on SQL and programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, and Java.
- Conduct data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and data engineering technologies.
- Strong SQL background and ETL development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, and Java.
- Experience with data processing frameworks like Hadoop, BigQuery, Hive, and Spark.
Nice-to-haves
