As the Google Relationship Manager (Chief of Staff to CTO), you will partner with the Chief Transformation Officer and other senior leaders to define business priorities, execute initiatives, and foster alignment. You will cultivate and manage strategic relationships with Google, cascading these connections throughout the organization. Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute a Google Partner Marketing plan, maximizing marketing funds and opportunities. Your role will also involve analyzing and providing recommendations to support effective decision-making around business unit strategy, business development priorities, and internal priorities. Additionally, you will own and manage key operational processes, including facilitating meetings or onsites and documenting notes and action items to ensure clear communication and follow-up. In your first year, you will need to establish trust with key Google stakeholders that turn into strategic relationships, help enhance and mature newly established Google-related processes (communication, funding, governance, etc.), and implement clear standards for submitting marketing plans, funding plans, and track processes, such as consumption.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a strategic role, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to synthesize complex details into accessible and precise insights.
