About the position

The Google Search Specialist & Media Buyer will manage, optimize, and execute paid search campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on Google Ads for e-commerce clients in the fashion and footwear industries. This role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and strategic thinking to ensure high ROI for clients' advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid search and media buying strategies that align with client goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to refine ad strategies.
  • Manage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, and adjustments to maximize ad spend efficiency and ROI.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad copy and creative assets.
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide clear reports and updates to clients, explaining campaign performance and strategy adjustments.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads, PPC, and media buying, particularly for e-commerce clients in the fashion or footwear industries.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of bid management tools and tracking pixels.
  • Experience with retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
