About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ carrier and retail stores. This role involves cultivating relationships with retail partners and field leadership to implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing sales and market share of brand products. The manager will also coordinate and lead training events to enhance the skills of store associates and ensure effective product representation in stores.

Responsibilities

  • Drive increased sell through and market share for each store within the designated territory.
  • Build relationships and interact with retail partners to share knowledge through training.
  • Complete data collection for insights and daily activities using Mosaic systems.
  • Provide market level reporting including market intelligence and competitive activity.
  • Train and influence retail sales associates on products and devices.
  • Maintain a visible presence in designated retail stores within assigned territory.
  • Ensure product display in-store is consistent with Retailer's planogram guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 - 8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
  • 3+ years' supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail environment.
  • Ability to schedule/lead/record virtual training and events with minimal support.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with retail partners.

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $55,000 plus potential bonus
