The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving product sellout within an assigned territory of over 50 carrier and retail stores. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with retail partners and field leadership to implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing sales and market share for brand products. The TSM will also develop and track training programs for both direct and indirect customer sales, ensuring effective training of store associates through various formats, including in-person and virtual events.
