The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will play a crucial role in driving product sellout within an assigned territory that encompasses over 50 carrier and retail stores. This position requires a proactive approach to cultivating relationships with retail partners and field leadership, collaborating to implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing sales and market share for brand products. The TSM will develop a comprehensive strategy for training both direct and indirect customer sales, ensuring that store associates are well-informed and engaged with the products. This includes coordinating and leading training events, which can be conducted in various formats such as one-on-one sessions, group trainings, and virtual events. In this role, the TSM will be responsible for driving increased sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory. This will involve a comprehensive approach that includes direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel at all levels. Building strong relationships with retail partners is essential, as the TSM will share knowledge through training initiatives designed to foster brand advocacy. This may include organizing group meetings, incentives, lunch and learns, and other strategic activities to help drive sales. The TSM will also be tasked with completing data collection for insights and daily activities using Mosaic systems. This includes providing market-level reporting that encompasses market intelligence, competitive activity, and feedback on current retail market conditions. Training and influencing retail sales associates will be a key responsibility, as the TSM will engage store sales associates and customers on product features and benefits, while also maintaining a highly visible presence in designated retail stores. Ensuring that product displays are consistent with retailer planogram guidelines and that devices are properly maintained will also be part of the role. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
