- Must have a healthy microbiome with plenty of good bacteria.
- Regular exercise and a positive, relaxed outlook on life are essential.
- No recent travel to developing countries.
- Little to no antibiotic use.
- No anxiety or mental health issues.
- No family history of Cancer, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's.
