About the position

Responsibilities
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
- Arrive to work on time and in proper attire.
- Attend all required training and departmental meetings.
- Report safety hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Become proficient in all appropriate equipment and safety features.
- Understand the room service menu to ensure accurate orders from guests.
- Learn the P.O.S. system for processing room service tickets.
- Answer the room service phone and accept all orders.
- Turn in all room service orders to servers for cooking and delivery.
- Receive signed tickets from servers and manage billing processes.
- Ring in all banquet orders and manage billing for those orders.
- Accept server checkouts and verify them for billing and payroll purposes.
- Assist in quality guest service as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and teamwork.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
