About the position
The Governance Business Analyst for Payments will play a crucial role in assisting the BillPay & Invoicing Team with process improvement, reporting, and requirement gathering. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and experience in governance, audit, and payments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with process improvement initiatives within the BillPay & Invoicing Team.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and application owners.
- Create and maintain reports using Tableau.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Support governance and audit processes related to payments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Experience in governance, MRA, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with Tableau for reporting purposes.
- Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders or application owners.
- Knowledge of various payment methods including wire transfers, debit/credit cards, ACH, digital wallets, Zelle, PayPal, and mobile payments.
- Experience with Jira for project management.
Nice-to-haves
- SQL knowledge is a significant plus.
