About the position
The Governance Risk and Compliance Manager at Keysight Technologies is responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks and leading compliance assurance efforts. This role is pivotal in navigating the complexities of cybersecurity and compliance, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The manager will oversee a team that responds to customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity and will work to enhance the commercial value of Keysight's offerings through effective governance and risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with existing and emerging compliance frameworks including SOX, SWIFT, UK CE+, ISO 27001/27701, CISA SSDF, and Cyber Resiliency Act.
- Lead the Compliance Assurance effort for the Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) Product Security Program.
- Manage the team responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity and protection of digital assets.
- Identify opportunities to leverage people, process, and technology to add commercial value to Keysight.
Requirements
- Certified Information Systems Auditor certification.
- Expert knowledge of existing and emerging compliance frameworks.
