About the position

The Government Account Specialist role involves providing project management support, managing customer implementations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. The position requires analyzing data to identify challenges and opportunities, maintaining marketing materials, and developing procedures for team use, all while adhering to established banking policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support including assisting with proposals, correspondence/documentation, scheduling, and program oversight and maintenance.
  • Assist in managing customer implementations and servicing.
  • Assess business needs, ensure customer satisfaction with overall service and identify product/service recommendations.
  • Effectively analyze and compile data available via system reporting tools to assist management in identifying and mitigating potential challenges or opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining internal and external marketing collateral and resources.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and policies for team use.
  • Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service to external and internal customers.
  • Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating Legendary Service Standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent commercial banking or treasury management experience.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Office, Web Applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet customer deliverables and internal team needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and listening skills, including oral and written communication and documentation.
  • Good people skills to facilitate interaction with internal team, banks and partners.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness to ensure prompt resolution of issues as they arise.
