About the position

The SRCR Manager role at EY involves leading a team within the Cybersecurity - Strategy, Risk, Compliance & Resiliency (SRC&R) team, focusing on delivering technology consulting engagements for federal clients. The position requires a strong emphasis on cybersecurity processes, strategy alignment, and operational excellence, while fostering an inclusive and innovative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the service delivery center team supporting technology consulting engagements.
  • Provide technical leadership in SRC&R service operations and delivery.
  • Support on-site GPS SRC&R consultants in identifying process improvements and enhancing existing SRC&R solutions.
  • Assess cybersecurity controls, programs, and strategies using proprietary and industry frameworks.
  • Operate SRC&R solutions based on defined policies and procedures.
  • Develop and operate cybersecurity measurements and monitoring.
  • Create cybersecurity strategy and roadmap development.
  • Enhance NIST Risk Management Framework and Assessment and Authorization operations.
  • Manage cybersecurity-focused Supply Chain Risk Management and Third-Party Risk management operations.
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and monitor progress while managing risks.
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment and mentor service delivery center associates.
  • Communicate industry trends and client service issues to the on-site engagement team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CIPP, CRISC.
  • Experience in cybersecurity assessments and IT policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience in cybersecurity metrics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity organization design and implementation.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and risk management solution design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Federal RMF solution operations.
