About the position

The Technology Strategy Manager at EY will play a pivotal role in the Government and Public Sector practice, focusing on technology-enabled transformation to help clients achieve their business objectives. This position involves direct interaction with customers and stakeholders, managing project deliverables, and leveraging performance management to develop metrics. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate and validate technology transformation efforts.
• Manage, assess, and implement changes to project deliverables.
• Help clients achieve their business objectives through technology-enabled transformation.
• Act as a role model for EY's core values and maintain client relationships through high-quality work delivery.
• Leverage performance management knowledge to develop and monitor metrics at the direction of the government.
• Create and manage project plans and performance management processes.
• Communicate project management updates and programmatic risks to leadership via weekly status meetings.
• Produce weekly status reports for project management and knowledge management purposes.
• Coordinate with various AIT stakeholders to collect data for reporting.
• Lead stakeholder requirements gathering activities for report design initiatives.
• Design and implement a business intelligence dashboard for system data analytics.
• Monitor Federal IT industry trends and organize benchmarking exercises.
• Develop and present executive briefings to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing BI dashboards and performance management processes.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Hands-on experience managing client relationships and projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher.
