As a key member of our team, you will immerse yourself in understanding our DOD distributors' go-to-market strategies, enabling them to optimally position Fluke solutions. This position involves managing the overall relationship with key distributor partners, driving revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing accurate sales forecasting. You will act as the primary contact for all communications, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment between Fluke and the distributors. In this role, you will develop, build, and nurture relationships with distributors at all levels, fostering trust and collaboration to drive mutual success. You will proactively communicate operational changes, lead times, and product updates, ensuring our distributors have the information they need to excel. Additionally, you will develop segment-specific training focused on product knowledge and how to have effective conversations. Providing product samples relevant to specific segments and applications will also be part of your responsibilities. You will gain knowledge of the daily challenges sellers and customers face, providing solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and revenue. Introducing product promotions and marketing material that can be used as informal “campaigns” will be essential. You will help teams qualify and close opportunities through sales support and/or joint sales calls, elevating customer satisfaction by building seller expertise and their ability to sell value. Your efforts will contribute to improving quarterly and annual sales targets/plans for your assigned territory. Moreover, you will learn Fortive Business Systems (FBS) fundamentals to continuously improve team performance while maintaining a basic knowledge of Fluke's product lines and offerings. Enabling revenue growth across the distributor network will require collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to develop promotional and merchandising strategies.
