About the position

The Government Project Coordinator at Granite Telecommunications is responsible for managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments and clients, organizing reporting, and providing updates to Government Transition Project Managers. The coordinator will handle project tracking, order placements, and troubleshooting issues, playing a crucial role in high-profile projects within the Granite product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains trackers showing progress of projects
  • Places and tracks orders
  • Works closely with TPM and other departments to ensure projects are kept on schedule
  • Coordinates installs, TIU, and ports with TPM, internal departments, and local contacts
  • Monitors progress of projects and handles any issues that arise
  • Submits project deliverables in Order Portal within SLA and identifies/troubleshoots any issues with IT

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access
