About the position

The GPO Operations Specialist at Cencora is responsible for the development and execution of specific projects related to the ION Large Practice Program (LPP). This role involves assisting with marketing and communication efforts, providing analytics support to the field team, and ensuring effective implementation of LPP initiatives to enhance customer relations and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of LPP tracking tools for sales pull through and Report Card compliance.
  • Train Relationship Managers (RMs) on LPP specific customer relations tools including rebate tracker and report card progress tracker.
  • Work closely with Professional Relations and Corporate Account to oversee the implementation of service opportunities related to the LPP.
  • Travel as required to assist RMs in managing LPP customers and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Track and execute LPP related service contract deliverables as assigned by the Director, Professional Relations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing content for LPP business/sales meetings to promote the organization's mission and goals.
  • Manage additional LPP marketing and communication content, including website content and LPP Informs content.
  • Support the Director, Professional Relations in the preparation and management of LPP specific events and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to LPP membership for various customer relation needs as requested.
  • Assist with the operational management of LPP Advisory Panel and ION Strategic Committee as requested by the Director, Professional Relations.
  • Responsible for financial reporting and management of LPP customers in collaboration with Contracts and Finance department.
  • Assist in managing internal communication regarding the LPP.

Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of operations and customer relations experience.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and managing processes to meet department/company goals.
  • Experience in executing marketing and communication plans, including strategic marketing events.
  • Strong knowledge of business communication and customer relationship management.
  • Innovative with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks effectively.
