As a GPS Assisted Acquisition Service (AAS) Federal Pursuit Manager at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy of one of the world's leading professional services firms. This includes leading proposal opportunities, providing strategic advice to senior leadership and client service teams, and overseeing the performance management of your immediate team members. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templates, and work closely with account teams to execute the GPS pursuit methodology process effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in managing multiple concurrent projects, adjusting to shifting priorities, and meeting stringent deadlines, often requiring evening or weekend hours to meet non-negotiable client deadlines. You will act as the central point for the proposal development process, evaluating solicitation requirements and managing a timely process. Your responsibilities will also include developing content in collaboration with technical teams, maintaining proposal management artifacts, and facilitating the pursuit proposal lifecycle planning. You will guide proposal teams in developing strategic approaches, manage team members across various specialties, and contribute to the development of Deloitte's proposal team through collaboration and training.
