About the position

The GPS Assisted Acquisition Service Volume Lead at Deloitte is a senior-level role focused on leading the proposal development process for significant federal contracts. This position requires a strategic approach to enhance the likelihood of winning proposals by collaborating with various teams and stakeholders throughout the proposal lifecycle. The Volume Lead will be responsible for creating compelling proposal content, managing multiple projects, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with the proposal development team to enhance the likelihood of winning submissions.
• Act in a strategic role from pre-RFP to oral presentation stages.
• Brainstorm solutions with proposal teams to provide experience-based advice.
• Coordinate with the account team and other teammates for effective assignment tackling.
• Demonstrate creativity in framing and structuring compliant proposal content.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects and adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in proposal development, solutions development, or technical writing.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Experience developing proposal content for major Federal contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Federal/State procurement regulations and practices, including FAR and DFAR.
