About the position
The Grader/Sorter I - IC & PO Fulfillment position is an entry level position responsible for processing invoices/memos, processing store requests for findings (metal) and stones, matching stones in accordance with Company quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive invoices/memos of loose stones, both incoming and outgoing, receipt, inventory control and disbursement.
- Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Immediately communicate, solve, and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Complete necessary paperwork for the Accounting Department.
- Process requests from stores for findings and melee for shop needs.
- Process all incoming findings and communicate discrepancies to the GR (goods receipt) team Assistant Manager within 24 hours.
- Maintain grading/sorting alignment with the Company quality standards while matching stones to fulfill orders.
- Secure perpetual stones processed from TIRTs (trade in/returns), MLR's and service orders into inventory.
- Assist in the monthly inventory process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent manual dexterity with small items.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability with math: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, understanding and ability to work with decimal numbers, fractions, and percentages.

- Experience with SAP preferred.
