About The Position

The Grader SW position is a full-time role focused on ensuring the quality of products on the production line. Responsibilities

• Visually grade product being dropped onto the line.
• Ensure only quality products remain on the line.
• Remove defective products off the line and place them into identified defect groups.
• Ensure the product meets customer requirements such as quality, weight, or count.
• Participate as a member of the team, fostering strong cohesiveness regarding major issues.
• Attend appropriate team meetings and contribute to team concepts, programs, and policies.
• Identify areas lacking cohesiveness and work with the team leader to resolve issues.
• Support business objectives by performing other necessary duties.
