The Graduate Admissions Enrollment Recruiter (“Recruiter”) will play a pivotal role in recruiting prospective students and assisting applicants throughout the enrollment process for Holy Family University's (HFU) graduate business programs, including the Master of Business Administration and the MS in Organizational Leadership. This position is crucial for the growth and sustainability of the School of Business and Technology, as the Recruiter will also be involved in potential future programs. The Recruiter will be responsible for building, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with local businesses to enhance awareness of HFU's offerings, increase sponsorship opportunities, and recruit qualified students. Under the supervision of the Director of Graduate and Adult Admissions, the Recruiter will implement outreach and recruitment strategies aimed at generating leads and increasing new student enrollment. Key responsibilities include managing prospective student inquiries, reviewing applications, evaluating transcripts, and coordinating both virtual and in-person recruitment events on and off campus. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the Corporate Partnership Committee, which consists of representatives from various university departments, to develop partnerships with businesses seeking educational benefits for their employees. The role requires a commitment to the mission of Catholic higher education and the values, goals, and objectives of Holy Family University. Attendance at university recruitment events and business development activities, including evenings and weekends, is a requirement of this position. The Recruiter will also leverage the CRM system to maintain effective communication with prospective students and manage relationships with OPM/Vendor partners related to Graduate Business Programs.
