About the position

The Graduate Architectural Designer position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to embark on a career in architectural design, specifically focusing on Food & Beverage (GMP) large-scale facilities. This full-time role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their expertise in a collaborative environment. As part of an integrated team comprising architects, engineers, and project managers, the Graduate Architectural Designer will engage in challenging projects that can reach up to $500 million, working with some of the biggest brands in the industry. This position is pivotal in developing a broad set of architectural competencies, technical design knowledge, and consultation and problem-solving skills. In this role, the Graduate Architectural Designer will report directly to the Manager of Architecture. The responsibilities include participating in the development of Food & Beverage (GMP) projects from the preliminary design phase through to the construction documents. The designer will work proactively across multi-discipline design teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively. Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of Food & Beverage (GMP) projects from preliminary design through construction documents.
  • Work proactively across multi-discipline design teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Develop architectural competencies and technical design knowledge in a collaborative environment.
  • Engage in problem-solving and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • BA in Architecture, BSAE, or equivalent.
  • Entry to 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience with Revit is a plus.
  • Commitment to professional growth and future registration in architecture.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to manage time and work priorities independently.
