About the position
The Graduate Assistant position at Rutgers School of Health Professions is designed to support faculty in the Department of Health Informatics by assisting with various aspects of online teaching. This role involves facilitating online lessons, grading assignments, and providing individual support to students to enhance their learning experience. The position is part-time and requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating online lessons, tutorials, or discussions in concert with the Instructor.
- Grading assignments, exams, quizzes, and projects.
- Maintaining and updating student grades as an Excel Sheet to be submitted to the Instructor.
- Assisting the Instructor in preparing and sharing reading materials and supplementary notes.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program within the Department of Health Informatics at the School of Health Professions.
