The position offers mentorship from Professional Engineers and is ideal for self-starters who excel in collaborative environments and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a talented design team on public works and land/site development projects.
• Use design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate study results and designs.
• Draft reports and present plans to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor needed for construction cost estimates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment involved in civil engineering construction or repair.
• Ability to balance multiple objectives and make sound decisions.
• Technical experience in computer-assisted design (CAD), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
