Responsibilities

  • Works under a licensed Professional Engineer in the development of roadway plan production and 3D modeling.
  • Creates detailed plan production in support of development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (P,S,&E).
  • Performs engineering-related computations and calculations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • EIT in the State of TX, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Knowledgeable of transportation engineering terminology and fundamentals.
  • Experience with Microstation, GeoPak, OpenRoads Designer or other related software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with OpenRoads Designer is a bonus.
