About the position

This entry-level position is designed for new graduate Electrical Engineers at Worley Group, Inc. The role involves assisting in the delivery of engineering services under the supervision and mentorship of the electrical engineering department. The primary purpose is to deliver electrical engineering services that meet statutory and regulatory specifications, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering services such as contributing to appropriate studies, analyses, and recommended actions.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer.
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.

Requirements

• Technical and practical electrical engineering skills.
• Knowledge of the fundamental requirements of electrical engineering and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• Developing skills in electrical engineering-specific software.
• Some skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A recognized and relevant Electrical Engineering degree obtained by June 2025.

• Equivalent degree that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer.
