The Graduate Medical Education Residency Program Coordinator position at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center involves overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the residency program. Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of documents and correspondence needed to maintain favorable accreditation status of the residency program.
• Ensure residents complete required training and obtain necessary licensure and credentials in preparation for external training rotations and program graduation.
• Operate within Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education informatics systems to ensure program information and applications are kept current.
• Prepare Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education agreements and program letters with external sites for program director and department approval.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience providing administrative and clerical support duties such as creating files, compiling, and retrieving data for reports using automated software.
• Maintaining training schedules and course completion information for medical residency trainees.
• Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors.
