About the position

The Post-Silicon Validation Graduate position at Arm offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on validating innovative Arm SoC processors. This role is integral to ensuring the correctness and performance of next-generation low-power, high-performance chips, contributing to the development of groundbreaking technology that powers a wide range of electronic innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the design and implementation and define the validation scope.
  • Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure such as test plans, tests, scripts and tools to analyze and process data.
  • Implement test/coverage plans.
  • Validate correctness of the design.

Requirements

  • Hold (or are on track to hold) a Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Degree (Bachelors or Masters students welcome).
  • Knowledgeable about computer architecture and microarchitecture concepts.
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix, C/C++ and scripting languages (Python or similar).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with board HW, schematics, power supplies, or voltage/power measurements.
  • Experience with lab equipment such as scopes, logic analyzers, and SW debuggers.
  • Use of Linux/Unix.
  • Understanding of FPGAs and RTL design.
  • Knowledge of ARM architecture.
