About the position

The Graduate Specialist Program in Supply Chain at Bosch Rexroth Corporation is a comprehensive 24-month trainee program designed to equip recent graduates with the necessary skills and experience to transition into a full-time role within the company. This program includes four rotations across various departments, one of which will take place at another Bosch facility in the United States. Participants will gain in-depth insights into the logistics environment at Bosch Rexroth, covering areas such as logistics planning, procurement, physical logistics, and logistics controlling. Throughout the program, participants will engage in challenging technical and project tasks that encompass both operational and strategic responsibilities. This includes the conception and implementation of digital solutions for logistics and the introduction of various software systems. Each participant will receive exclusive mentoring from a member of the upper management circle, ensuring professional and personal development throughout the program. Additionally, a current trainee will assist with onboarding, providing support and guidance. The program offers a flexible start date tailored to individual needs, allowing participants to join the team and take on responsibilities from day one. Networking opportunities are abundant, as trainees will connect with peers and managers across departments and locations worldwide, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements
