About the position

The Graduate Specialist Program - Supply Chain at HydraForce, a Bosch Company, is a comprehensive 24-month trainee program designed to equip recent graduates with the necessary skills and experience to transition into a full-time role within the Supply Chain sector. Throughout the program, participants will engage in four distinct rotations, one of which will take place at another Bosch facility in the United States. This structure allows trainees to gain in-depth insights into various logistics areas, including logistics planning, procurement, physical logistics, and logistics controlling. The program promises challenging content, where participants will tackle exciting technical and project tasks that encompass both operational and strategic responsibilities. This includes the conception and implementation of digital solutions for logistics and the introduction of various software systems. To support professional and personal development, each trainee will be paired with a mentor from the upper management circle, ensuring guidance and support throughout the program. Additionally, a current participant will assist with onboarding, fostering a collaborative environment from the outset. Flexibility is a key feature of the program, with the start date tailored to individual needs. From day one, trainees will be integrated into the team and entrusted with responsibilities that contribute to their growth and the company's success. Responsibilities

  • Participate in four rotations within various areas of the logistics environment at Bosch Rexroth.
  • Engage in logistics planning, procurement, physical logistics, and logistics controlling tasks.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with some experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards in work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
