About the position

The position involves working as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) within the SNF group in Grand Junction, Colorado, managing several Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role offers competitive compensation and minimal overnight call coverage, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing essential healthcare services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Travel to a maximum of 4 sites to deliver care.
• Participate in minimal overnight call coverage as required.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
