About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Granite Installer/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stone handling, fabrication, and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, as you will be responsible for creating and assembling various structures and fixtures to meet specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble components for various construction projects, including fixtures, walls, and countertop installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize construction management skills to oversee the progress of projects from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
• Skills in carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, concrete finishing, glass installation, and fixture installation are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with fabrication and installation work.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in granite handling (1 year preferred)
• Driver's License (preferred)
