About the position

The Grant Compliance Manager position at Amity Foundation is a full-time role focused on supporting and monitoring a network of community-based organizations and non-profits as subrecipients for various funding programs. This position is crucial for ensuring compliant grant administration and providing programmatic support to enhance service delivery to marginalized populations. The role involves evaluating service providers, ensuring adherence to grant agreements, and fostering collaborative relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide technical assistance to subcontracted Service Providers to ensure compliance with administrative and fiscal regulations.
• Liaise and provide direct support to the network of subcontracted Service Providers.
• Participate in the development and issuance of grants or service contracts in accordance with project guidelines.
• Work with subgrantee service providers to ensure access to training for data entry and grant reporting.
• Establish ongoing quality assurance monitoring processes and conduct Program Reviews of subcontracted Service Providers.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for data collection, entry, and compliance programs.
• Respond to alleged violations of rules and initiate investigative procedures.
• Report regularly to keep senior management informed on compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Two years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience in a community-based environment delivering social services.
• Experience collecting and entering data to demonstrate achievement of deliverables to funding sources.
