About the position

The Grant Manager will work with handling inquiries that come through the GGW email system, collate applications for both cohort participants and church grants, work in coordination with the CTS finance team to manage and maintain the program budget, help to manage multi-layer projects, serve to support the Grant Director with projects and communication strategies, review and return program emails, enter event requests, manage guest speakers and day-of events, coordinate program hospitality efforts including hospitality and food, assist the Grant Director in collection, collation, and reporting for program evaluation, seek to grow and manage internal and external relationships and coordinate program travel. In addition, the assistant will be trained on the CTS system that supports programs' internal and external interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries that come through the Growing in God's Word program
  • Maintain and balance an up-to-date and accurate budget for the Growing in God's Word program, including tracking receipts, honorariums, and stipends
  • Collate and report on applications and cohort participant reports for each stage of the program (workshop applications, grant applications, and participant evaluations)
  • Receive training on CTS system that supports the Growing in God's Word program
  • Update the database system/retrieve information based on the needs of the program
  • Provide administrative assistance to the program

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferably a bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years of experience in customer technical support and program management is preferred.

  • Willingness to work in an office and ability to manage independent tasks with remote work.
