About the position

The Grant Program Manager will oversee the administration and project management functions of post-award grant implementation at Acadia Healthcare. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing the quality of treatment services provided by the Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) Group. The position requires a proactive approach to managing grant compliance and developing effective communication strategies to support the organization's mission against the opioid epidemic.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, cultivate, and manage relationships for the administration and project management of post-award grant implementation with external partners and CTC Leadership.
  • Monitor and track grant award compliance to ensure all requirements are met, including timely submission of reports and renewal applications.
  • Develop a standardized grant implementation workflow with operational benchmarks and timelines in partnership with the Director of Grant Management.
  • Manage grant product inventory control, including purchasing, disbursement, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement evaluation plans to ensure programming success and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Create and implement educational and communication campaigns/programs.
  • Ensure compliance with documented cost sharing and agency rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate site visits and assist with preparation for audits and monitoring activities.
  • Assist in developing corrective action plans for deficiencies identified through audits or monitoring activities.
  • Maintain all administrative records pertinent to grant-related programs and system-wide policies.
  • Prepare documents, negotiate amendments, and provide necessary reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in post-award grant management and related activities required, preferably for healthcare providers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of project management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to quality programs and excellence in organizational and project management.
