The Grants Administrator position at the District Attorney's Office is a vital role that supports the office by providing complex data support through the collection, organization, and analysis of data necessary for grant reporting and record-keeping. This position is responsible for tracking accomplishments, goals, and data specifically for the Survivor and Victim Services Division (SVSD) of the DA Office. The Grants Administrator will coordinate multidisciplinary case staffing processes and other services under the direction of the DA Office leadership. Additionally, the role involves identifying, writing, and reporting on grants to secure funding for the DA Office, overseeing data collection, and ensuring the accuracy of grant reports for all grants managed by the office. The Grants Administrator will also support the DA Office's communication efforts and facilitate partnerships and collaborations both internally and externally. The essential functions of this role include writing grants to solicit funds, managing online grants management systems, assisting with the preparation and compliance of contracts and agreements related to grants, and supporting both short- and long-term planning and program implementation. The Grants Administrator will collect and record data in the DA Office's database systems for various victim program services, maintain records, and assist with database quality assurance tasks to ensure data integrity. This position also tracks DA Office program services, measurements, and outcomes for program evaluation and federal grant reporting requirements. The Grants Administrator will create and implement tools such as statistical reports and graphs to simplify complex data, review source documents for accuracy, and may assist with the development of materials for the DA Office's website and other publications. Moreover, the Grants Administrator will facilitate multidisciplinary team staffing as requested, coordinate the implementation of case action plans with allied agencies, conduct post-adjudication outreach to victims of crime, and complete intakes and assessments with victims and their families to identify potential needs and screen for services. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and maintaining agency agreements and training for multidisciplinary partners, ensuring that the DA Office can effectively serve the community and fulfill its mission.
