About the position
The Grants Management Specialist I (GMS I) position at IMSolutions involves performing grant administration functions to assist the Government PCO/Grants Officer in grant closeouts and financial reporting. This role is fully remote and requires a detail-oriented individual familiar with federal financial processes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform the administration or termination, and/or closeout of grants and/or grants assistance and agreement awards.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents and enter information into and manage the digital project databases.
- Coordinate and conduct various grants-related activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Federal grants experience
- Bachelor's degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field
- Knowledge of federal grants laws, regulations, and policies
- Understanding of business and industry grant practices
- Experience in grant financial analysis and providing technical assistance and recommendations
- U.S. Citizenship or Foreign National with a work permit residing in the U.S. for three (3) or more years
- Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Clearance.

- Certified Federal Grants Manager certification through NGMA.
