About the position

The Graphic & Visual Designer is a pivotal role within the North American Flagship Marketing Team at Culligan International. This position is responsible for supporting the creative production needs of the Culligan franchise dealer business and various key functional areas, including franchise operations, human resources, tech services, commercial and industrial sectors, product management, and national accounts. The designer will be tasked with developing a wide range of print and digital creative assets that are essential for effective marketing and communication strategies. This includes creating product collateral such as brochures and sell sheets, as well as event assets and social media content that align with the brand's vision and objectives. In addition to asset creation, the role involves managing and overseeing creative assets to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms. The designer will also provide support for industry tradeshows and related events, which may require collaboration with various teams to ensure that all visual materials are prepared and delivered on time. A significant aspect of this position is the effective management of third-party printers and production partners, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards and within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic and visual design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative solutions. They should be adept at balancing multiple priorities and demonstrating critical thinking skills to focus on initiatives that yield the greatest impact. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable making decisions and saying “no” when necessary to maintain focus on key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Development of print and digital creative assets, e.g., product collateral (brochures, sell sheets), event assets, social media assets and more.
  • Creative asset management and oversight.
  • Support for industry tradeshows and related events.
  • Effectively manage third-party printers and production partners.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Canva is a plus.
  • Proficient in DAM (Digital Asset Management) Platform Management (Brandfolder or others).
  • Experience with product and event photography.
  • Basic video production and editing skills; proficiency in Final Cut Pro is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software (Asana or others).
