About the position

The Graphic Artist Designer at Soho Apparel Group Inc. is responsible for creating and reworking graphics and prints for various apparel lines, including juniors, women's, young men's, and boys' clothing. This role requires collaboration with designers to produce production-ready graphics in a fast-paced environment, leveraging advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and screens for juniors, women's, young men's, and boys' apparel.
• Create full repeats for digital artwork.
• Prepare production artwork and pitch sheets by color separating layers, specifying dimensions, and calling out Pantone colors.
• Rework existing artwork and create new versions and colorways as directed by the design team.
• Digitize scans or illustrations in Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Design labels, packaging, graphics, screen prints, all-over prints, and other embellishments as directed by designers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop.
• 5 years of experience in Adobe Illustrator.
• 5 years of experience in textile/graphic design.
• Experience working with graphics screens and textile prints in the apparel industry.
• Exceptional eye for color matching.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
