About the position

Monarch Trophy Studio is seeking an entry-level Graphic Artist/Designer to join their fast-paced team. This role focuses on creating graphic designs for awards, trophies, and medals, utilizing various computer-based graphics programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with large color printers and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create intricate designs using drawings and clip art.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.
• Operate large color printers including Logojet and Mimaki.
• Ensure proper spelling and attention to detail in all designs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet design requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience with CorelDraw.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and WordPress.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with marketing principles.
