About the position

The Graphic Arts Designer position at John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is a part-time role focused on visual storytelling through graphic design. Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials including web pages, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, executing original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

Requirements

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• One or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
